John Smith’s sign agreement with University of Swaziland

Manzini, Swaziland - November 2013

Following recent discussions, John Smith have signed a MoA with University of Swaziland to provide bookshop and student account management services using John Smith’s Aspire system. Services will be introduced early in 2014 and developed throughout the course of the year to deliver a world class retail service to students and the UNISWA community. John Smith’s Ghana General Manger, Robbie Glendinning will be overseeing the initial implementation. Mr Glendinning observed this is a really exciting time for John Smith Swaziland and we are delighted to be rolling out a full service bookshop at Kwaluseni in 2014 as well as providing shop services at the UNISWA campuses in Mbabane and Luyengo”.

John Smith International to offer integrated digital classroom solution

John Smith International in partnership with Kortext is delighted to announce that they will be offering eBooks and digital content via the Kortext platform to institutions throughout sub-Saharan Africa.

This is especially true in an African context where the use of smart-phones and other devices have been fully embraced by students.
